Who produces the PPR?

Qualified planners & designers from Avant Planning & Urban Design, engineers and consultants work together to present possibilities for your property that are achievable under the Auckland Unitary Plan.

I’m selling, do I need a PPR?

One of our reports is useful for showing potential buyers the possibilities of a property. Knowing what development options are available can significantly influence the sale price, which makes the PPR a very valuable document to have in your sales material.

I’m buying, do I need a PPR?

The Auckland Unitary Plan (“AUP”), along with the recently released changes in response to the National Policy Statement on Urban Development (“NPS-UD”) and the Enabling Housing Supply Act requirements, have enabled the possibility of subdividing existing sections of land where it wasn’t previously possible. It is no longer the case where you would need a minimum land area before you can subdivide! Knowing the possibilities before you purchase is a wise idea.

How long does it take?

A PPR can be ordered online and takes approximately 7 working days.

How much does it cost?

A PPR costs $1,249. This covers the time put in by qualified planners, designers and engineers and provides you with a formal report specific to your property. If you have multiple properties you would like to get reports for – get in touch and we can discuss bulk pricing and required time frames.
